Envio at the International REW Trade Fair in Turkey
Envio presented successfully their proprietary LTR²-technology to over 10.000 visitors and 200 exhibitors during the 5th International Recycling, Environmental Technologies and Waste Management Trade Fair (REW) from 18th – 21th of June in Istanbul. Envio’s technology and services aroused great interest among the present industrialists, professionals, academicians and students.
New large order form South Korea
Envio has received another large order from the biggest South Korean energy supplier to dispose of PCB-contaminated transformers. With 2,000 transformers, the order from KEPCO is twice as large as the one reported around five months ago when the disposal facility of the Envio subsidiary was commissioned.
The biggest transformer in the history of the company
The biggest transformer in the history of Envio has now arrived for recycling on the Dortmund premises (more). The 188 ton transformer originated in one of the largest German energy companies and was used in a distribution station near Münster.
Envio Recycling obtains a large order in South Korea
Envio has received a large order from one of the biggest South Korean energy suppliers KEPCO to dispose of 1000 transformers containing PCBs. The disposal will take place in the waste management facility Envio Korea Co., Ltd.
Envio Recycling develops a management system for Macedonia
Envio is supporting Macedonia and in the development of a management system together with the Federal Development Ministry and the GTZ – German Association for Technical Cooperation. This system serves to identify and monitor transformers and condensers in the Balkan country that are contaminated with PCBs and helps for their disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.
